Join us to document conditions at bus stops in Fairmount with Fairmount Civic Association. We'll meet at the bus stop at 23rd and Fairmount at 5:30pm on October 6th for a demo and travel to neighboring bus stops. Later, we'll meet up to debrief and plan next steps.

Transit should be accessible and safe for everyone. But too often, SEPTA riders have to deal with broken or obstructed sidewalks, dangerous intersections, a lack of shade, and other obstacles or hazards at our bus stops. As part of a city-wide project, we are teaming up with organizations across Philly to document conditions at transit stops. We’ll deliver a report to decision makers to build a safer and more equitable transit system.

Conducting audits is quick and straightforward. It entails inspecting the stop and the area around it and filling out a simple form. You can also take photos.
