SEPTA’s board is holding public hearings to consider the transit agency’s 2025-26 operating and capital budgets — and the catastrophic proposed 45% service cuts and 20% fare increase. Join us for a rally at 10am on May 19th outside the hearing at 1234 Market St. to show we care about the future of SEPTA and our city.
Coming from Chestnut Hill? Save the Train Coalition members will be riding the 8:58 a.m. train from Chestnut Hill West and the 9:01 a.m. from Chestnut Hill East to Jefferson Station.
Our group meeting point will be at the Allen Lane station on the West line — meet us there starting at 8:15 a.m. and we’ll even buy a High Point Cafe drink for anyone going to the rally and hearings! Then we will depart at 9:03 AM when the train arrives at Allen Lane. You can sign up and learn more information here.
