Do you want to take action for better transit in Philly in 2026? 

Join Transit Forward Philadelphia for a transit leadership training. You'll learn how you can rally your community to make transit more affordable, safer, accessible, and fully funded.

The training has 3 tracks to choose from:

🚆 Canvassing Leaders: Learn how you can mobilize riders at your local transit stop and at community events in your neighborhood. This organizing will power our campaigns for passing a Transit Access Fund in Philly and including transit funding in the 2026 state budget in Harrisburg. At this training, we'll create a citywide calendar of ways that transit advocates can take action this year.

🚌 Communication Leaders: Learn to share your transit story and amplify the voices of transit riders in your community. This team will work together to create social media content, write letters to the editor, and organize public testimony when transit legislation comes up at City Hall and in Harrisburg. 

🚋 Special Project Leaders: This session will share ways you can get involved with big events coming up in 2026 like transit equity day, our annual transit advocacy day in Harrisburg, and events that bring our community together like the Peoplehood parade, Kensington Derby, and more. We welcome your ideas for creative ways to build the tranist movement in Philly.
